CharlesZhou

has been calling Vancouver home since he first moved to Canada in 1997. Speaks Mandarin, Cantonese and English.

Over 5 years of retail management experience gave Charles the advantage of understanding commercial buying, selling, and leasing. This eventually led him to attain his Real Estate license and diving into the world of Residential Real Estate in 2012.

After becoming a Realtor, Charles began working in the Westside of Vancouver. Over the first three years, he was a part of the top 1% Team of selling luxury homes.

While assisting selling an average of 100 properties annually, Charles simultaneously studied the CCIM Certified Commercial Investment Member courses in the Real Estate Board of Greater Vancouver, ACP Commercial Certificate and Construction management in BCIT. By furthering his education, Charles has developed the skills to help both Residential and Commercial clients.
